Before the War

Before the War is the second full length album from Downfall.

It is a collection of instrumental pieces, some harsh, others soft and haunting, that sucks you in and changes your headspace.

Each song adds further to a story, and that story is different for every listener and continues to develop more with multiple listenings.

It would perhaps not be out of place as a soundtrack to a movie like 2001: A Space Odyssey, a movie where the dialogue takes a back seat to the images, in resonance with the appeal of instrumental music.
